Today's Seven O'Clock Special was a qualogy...er, quadrology...uh, four-song set titled "Songs from the Past About the Future." Since I don't currently have access to songs from the future, it was the best I could do. We heard David Bowie's "Space Oddity," Elton John's "Rocket Man," Peter Schilling's "Major Tom," and Carolyn Mark's "Rocket Piano Man."

Today we also listened to "Turquoise Boy" from Sonic Youth's new album, "Rather Ripped." It sounds really good. I'm looking forward to hearing more.
