Spring Has Sprung
Today was the last official show of the spring semester. The new schedule comes out next week; visit www.wrvu.org next week to find out where everyone has gone...
Here’s today’s playlist.
The Six O’Clock Special featured a three-song set from 70s L.A. multicultural funkmeisters War. We heard “Me and Baby Brother,” “The World Is a Ghetto” (remixed and performed by La Pozze Latino w/War), and “The Cisco Kid.” The last song on the show today was War's well-known "Why Can't We Be Friends?"
I’ll post my new show time here when I know it. I’m pretty sure it’ll be from 6-8 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
