I Protest! No Archive This Week
Due to technical difficulties (which, just between you and me, seem to be happening a lot lately), the archive of this week's show is not available. I am even more determined now to figure out how to create my own archive. It's lame that the station archive can only record the first 1 and 40 minutes or so. And it's double lame that it keeps messing up and not archiving at all. So stay posted for a brand new Alphabet archive of some fledgling sort!
Here's today's playlist.
Guess what, I have a trainee! His name is Perry and he's a grownup just like me (as opposed to a student, that is)!
Today, from 7-9 a.m., since Liberadio is on brief hiatus, Walt and I hosted the WRVU Protest Hour, which you may observe was actually two hours. I had to head out around 8 to go to work for The Man, but before that I enjoyed checking out Walt's extensive protest music collection and playing my own much smaller mix. Now that I think about it, the potentially huge extensivity of Walt's CD collection frightens me, much as my apparently inexhaustible supply of babbling probably does him.
Anyway, here's what we played. (Note that Walt's hour has dates on it. He's so organized.)
